I bet you become as tired of the latest news about “the market” as I do. I feel that way even though I am considered a “market analyst” in the financial publishing business.
In my role at Eagle Financial Publications, I also am an investment newsletter editor who recommends what people should buy and sell.
My analysis of sectors that feature specific stocks currently in the midst of favorable tailwinds gives me great satisfaction, as well as profitable investing opportunities for my income-oriented subscribers.
Great stocks do not hinge on the latest market move. Instead, those top stocks can entice buyers no matter what the broad market is doing. The market is held back by the industrial, health care, retail, financial and materials sectors, as well as many downtrodden subsectors hamstrung by adverse business conditions that are weighing on sales and profit margins.
On the other hand, investments in the digital media, e-commerce, information technology, professional services, chemicals and leisure and entertainment areas are showing that there are opportunities in the market. Those investments provide excellent total returns, while meeting my one-year targets for them.
There always a bull market somewhere and my challenge is to identify them. I also need to act on solid research and make recommendations that help my readers to profit.
Indeed, I enjoy the challenge of finding high-paying securities that I can recommend with an equally high level of confidence. After 30 years of managing other people’s money and applying due diligence on high-yield assets, it gives me pleasure to build a portfolio that can endure uncertain times.
Plus, I want cash flow from my investments, along with a chance of further gains when investor psychology climbs.
There is a growing trend for business-to-business private lending as small-to-medium-sized business access readily available capital to rapidly expand their businesses.
There is investor interest to invest in companies that provide commercial real estate loans on variable-rate terms. There also is rising interest in the renewable energy and export markets for liquefied natural gas (LNG) shipments. Another opportunity is real estate investment trusts (REITs) that focus on cloud data centers and hotel resort/gaming properties.
These high-yield opportunities offer income investors yields of 6-13%, depending on a given asset. The prospects remain ripe for finding heightened yields when interest rates are expected to inch higher and capital is swinging into more economically sensitive sectors. The high-yield investment newsletter, Cash Machine, a way for me to help income investors gain the benefit of my three decades of investing experience and asset management to work.
As 2016 starts to wind down and the New Year approaches, there will be substantial changes in a number of industries after the new U.S. president takes office. The result will have both favorable and unfavorable effects on asset classes.
I urge those who are serious about staying ahead of the curve regarding a host of variables, including Fed policy, taxes, foreign exchange volatility, regulations and commodity risk.
To guide my investors, I provide weekly advisories to filter and ferret out the top income investing strategies available. I encourage you to click here to learn how Cash Machine can help you, as it does so many others. If you want to find great dividend-paying stocks and high-yield assets, use my Cash Machine investment newsletter to help you meet your goals.
